Group Size:

Minimum of 10

Group Discounts:

15% off regular ticket prices for groups of 10-19 25% off regular ticket prices for groups of 20+ plus 2 additional complimentary tickets

Deposit:

A refundable 25% deposit will be required, along with the signed group sales agreement.

Balance:

The final, non-refundable balance will be due 1 month prior to performance date.

Seating Locations:

Best-available seats will be placed on a tentative 10-day hold for your group at the time of reservation, and will be put on firm hold upon receipt of deposit. Although every effort will be made to honor seating requests, we cannot guarantee that your group will be seated together or in the same section of the theater.

Size Adjustments:

Group size may be adjusted downwards up to the date of final balance payment; no refunds or exchanges of individual tickets will be allowed after that date. Balance will be adjusted accordingly if final group size falls into a different discount category; if final group size falls below 10, regular ticket prices will apply. Additional tickets may be added to the group at any point (subject to availability) but may not be located in the same section of the theater.

Ticket Distribution:

Once final payment has been received, tickets will be available for pickup or mailing. Group leaders are responsible for distribution of tickets among group members prior to entering the theater.
