How to Purchase Tickets

Additionally, tickets for the 2018 Summer Season can be purchased online by clicking here, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling (603) 526-6710 (please leave us a message if you call outside of our regular Box Office hours).
The Barn Box Office will open at our physical location for walk-up, in-person sales on Saturday, May 27. Summer Box Office hours are typically:
Mondays: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesdays – Saturdays 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sundays: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
The Box Office will be open one hour before each performance, and remain open for the duration of the show.
Convenience Fees: A convenience fee of $2.50 per ticket for Main Stage productions and $1.50 for Children’s Theater Series is added to online ticket purchases. These fees go directly to our online service provider, and help to cover the cost of our online ticketing services. There are no fees for any purchases made over the phone or in person.
Note: There will be NO PERFORMANCE on Wednesday, July 4. Additional Matinee Performances have been added July 3, July 5, and August 15.
Parking is available in the lot behind the New London Barn Playhouse, but this lot often fills up quickly on busy nights. Additional parking is available on Main Street EXCEPT in the designated handicapped and fire lane areas immediately in front of the Barn. Parking is also available on Pressey Court, a side road across the street, as well as on certain sections of the north side of Everett Park. Just down the street, the Spring Ledge Farm and Angeli & Associates parking lots are available for the use of Barn patrons during evening performances only. Also note that the entirety of Williams Street is posted as “no parking” by the town of New London.
The Barn recommends that patrons allow a minimum of 30 minutes in order to secure parking, pick up their tickets, and find their way to their seats.

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager, and will be asked to wait on the Porch until a momentary pause in the action makes seating less disruptive to other patrons. Due to the Barn’s intimate scale, it may be impossible to seat latecomers in their purchased seat locations without causing significant disturbance to other patrons; should that be the case, the House Manager will seat you in an alternate location, and an usher will help you find your original seat locations at intermission.
Ticket Exchanges & Refunds
Exchange Policy: Subscribers and FlexPass holders may exchange their tickets at any time, and are exempt from exchange and upgrade fees. All tickets may only be exchanged to a different performance within the same production. Limited ticket exchanges are subject to availability for Single Ticket Buyers by calling the Box Office, and a $3 per ticket exchange fee will be charged, as well as any applicable upgrade fees if moving to a more expensive seating section or performance. No refunds will be given for ticket exchanges.
Ticket Refunds: All sales are final at the Barn, and any discounts, special offers, gift certificates, or ticket vouchers must be applied at the time of purchase. Most discounts can only be applied over the phone or in person, as the box office staff must verify and approve discounted tickets. The New London Barn is equipped with wheelchair-accessible seating in the rear of our orchestra area. Please contact the Box Office at (603) 526-6710 or firstname.lastname@example.org at the time of purchase to alert us to any special needs and to make arrangements for your seating.
Ticket discounts of 10-20% (depending on group size) are available for groups of 10 or more. Our group policies and guidelines are available to download here. A limited number of same-day student rush tickets may be available at each performance, beginning 2 hours prior to curtain. Student Rush tickets are $18.00 each; one ticket is allowed per valid, current student ID. Cash only. Rush tickets are not available by phone or online; students must present themselves at the Box Office window to purchase. Student Rush tickets are subject to availability; Main Stage performances only.
