Joseph Allen, Penn State UniversityJOSEPH ALLEN is delighted to join New London Barn Playhouse for the summer. Originally from Salem, Oregon, Joseph is an upcoming senior in the musical theatre program at Penn State University. At PSU he has been seen in Little Women, Be More Chill (by Joe Iconis), Hair, Dogfight, Titanic and American Idiot. Regional: Huck in Big River, Gypsy (Sharon Playhouse) and Something Wicked This Way Comes (TheatreWorks Silicon Valley), Hot N’ Cole (Sarasota Opera House), and Forever Plaid. For Cam.


Julia Bain, Ithaca CollegeJULIA BAIN is a recent graduate of Ithaca College’s Musical Theatre program. Past Ithaca credits include Jenny in Company, Tilly in She Kills Monsters, Woman 1 in Songs For A New World, Swing in How to Succeed…, and Duchess in The Duchess of Malfi.  She also recently appeared as Paulina in Green Gables: The Musical at The Hangar Theatre. Dalton Bertolone, Hartt School of MusicDALTON BERTOLONE is thrilled to be spending his summer at The New London Barn! Dalton is a California native and a recent graduate of The Hartt School with a BFA in Music Theatre.Some of his past credits include West Side Story (Big Deal) and How to Succeed… at Connecticut Repertory Theatre. Hair (Tribe/Claude us) at Playhouse on Park. The Spitfire Grill(Joe Sutter), Curtains (Bobby Pepper), Titanic (Wallace Hartley), The Robber Bridegroom (Big Harp), and Company (Peter) at The Hartt School. Kailey Boyle, Baldwin Wallace UniversityKAILEY BOYLE just completed her freshman year studying Musical Theatre at Baldwin Wallace University Conservatory of Music, then snuck in a quick visit home to Middleton, WI. Kailey was last seen on stage in Lizzie (Lizzie Borden) at Playhouse Square and Bring It On (Campbell Davis) at the Beck Center for the Arts. Other favorite credits include Once Upon a Mattress (Princess Winnifred), Much Ado About Nothing (Beatrice), Little Women (Joe March), and Anne of Green Gables (Anne Shirley). Last summer Kailey was a finalist at the National High School Music Theater Awards. Kailey is grateful for her BWMT2020 family, her Mom, Dad, and brother Jack.


Nick Case, Penn State University

NICK CASE is thrilled to be spending his summer at the New London Barn! Hailing from Toledo, Ohio, Nick is a rising junior Musical Theatre major at Penn State University. Previous credits include American Idiot (Chase), Falsettoland (Mendel), and ‘Swonderful (Harold Lloyd) at PSU; and Sharon Playhouse’s Big River (Ensemble) and Gypsy (Ensemble). Many thanks to the faculty here at the Barn, fellow Barnies, and my family for their endless love and support. Philippians 4:13.


Zachary Collins, Ithaca CollegeZACHARY COLLINS would like to welcome to you all to the New London Barn! As a first time Barnie, he is extremely excited to be working with such a renowned company. He is a Junior Musical Theatre Major at Ithaca College, originally from Folsom, California. His past/favorite credits include Bride/Hartley in Titanic: The Musical and Man 1 in Songs for a New World, both at Ithaca College, and Jimmy Smith in Thoroughly Modern Millie with El Dorado Musical Theatre. When not performing in a musical setting, he alo works as an EmCee at corporate events across the country, most recently at Cisco Live in Las Vegas. He would like to thank his family and friends for the endless support!


Liza Couser, Dartmouth CollegeLIZA COUSER is delighted to be with the Barn this summer. She is a Wisconsin native and a recent graduate of Dartmouth College. Favorite credits include Dartmouth’s Urinetown (Hope) and Chicago (Mary Sunshine) and most recently a run of Mamma Mia at Northern Stage in White River Junction, VT. Last summer, Liza studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts Summer Shakespeare intensive. She is so grateful to her family for their love and support, and to everyone at the New London Barn for this opportunity!


Robert Cueva, Dartmouth CollegeROBERT CUEVA is a recent graduate of Dartmouth College from Bedford, NH. Last summer, he studied Shakespeare at the London Academy for Music and Dramatic Arts. The summer before that, he studied the stars of the southern hemisphere at an observatory in South Africa. As a physics and theater double major, he has had the opportunity to explore his love for both the arts and sciences. During his time at Dartmouth, Cueva enjoyed acting in a variety of shows ranging from student written plays to fully produced musicals—his favorite role being Bobby Strong in Urinetown: The Musical. Cueva is truly honored to join the Barn this summer; he would like to thank his family, Keith, Sarah, Carol, and all else who have helped him reach this point.


Elijah Dawson, Baldwin Wallace University

ELIJAH DAWSON is a rising sophomore at Baldwin Wallace University and is thrilled to be making his debut here at New London Barn Playhouse. Some previous productions Elijah has been in are Bring it On: The Musical (Ensemble), West Side Story (Shark Swing), Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (Baron), Catch Me If You Can (Roger Strong). Elijah would like to thank God and his family for always supporting him.


Peter Garza, Ithaca CollegePETER GARZA is a rising senior Musical Theatre Major at Ithaca College. Favorite roles include Eliades in Anna in the Tropics, Antonio in The Rover, and Tom in A Chorus Line. Peter has danced in, staged, and co-choreographed several large concerts with Ithaca College Dance faculty with styles ranging from ballet to contemporary musical theater. He was last seen as a ballet ensemble dancer in Opera Ithaca’s production of Cinderella at the Hangar Theatre.  Peter is excited to return to the role of Chino, having previously played it at Interlakes Summer Theater, in addition to Pablo in Sister Act and an Ancestor in The Addams Family.  Peter is grateful for his friends and family for their continued love and support, and excited for the opportunity to work with these artists this summer.


Nadina Hassan, Baldwin Wallace UniversityNADINA HASSAN is ecstatic to be joining the New London Barn Acting Intern Company this summer! She is a rising sophomore music theatre major at Baldwin Wallace University. Nadina hails from Ann Arbor, Michigan. During her freshman year she starred as Maria (West Side Story) and performed as a Swing/Cheerleader (Regional Premiere of Bring it On). She has also played Sarah Brown (Guys and Dolls), Sandy (Grease), and Belle (Beauty and the Beast), among others. Nadina is immensely grateful for her family’s unwavering support and love.


Julia Hemp, Penn State UniversityJULIA HEMP is absolutely blessed to be a part of the New London Barn family. As a rising senior B.F.A. Musical Theater major at Penn State, her recent performance credits include: Sharon Playhouse’s Gypsy (Dainty June), Penn State Centre Stage’s American Idiot (Libby/Extraordinary Girl Cover), Titanic (Caroline), and 110 in the Shade (Hannah/Ensemble). You also might have seen her performing with several classmates in the Cole Porter revue, Hot ‘n’ Cole, at the Sarasota Opera House in Florida. She hopes that you will enjoy summer season! Jacob Roberts-Miller, Pace University

JACOB ROBERTS-MILLER is ecstatic to be joining the New London Barn this summer. He is a rising junior Musical Theatre major at Pace University. Some favorite performances include Bobby in A Chorus Line at Pace (directed by Baayork Lee), Ned Danes in Murder At The Gates at Pace New Musicals (Book and Lyrics by Steven Sater, directed by Whitney Mosery), Clown 1 in The 39 Steps, and Franky Epps in Parade. He would like to thank his family and friends for their support, as well as the community of New London, for their warm welcome.


Elena Valastro, Cornell UniversityELANA VALASTRO is thrilled to be with the New London Barn Playhouse! From South Burlington VT, she is a recent graduate of Cornell University with a BA in Performing & Media Arts and a minor in Science & Technology Studies. Cornell credits include The Glass Menagerie (Laura), Pippin (Leading Player), Far From Canterbury (Agnes), The Trestle at Pope Lick Creek (Gin), and various dance shows with the Edge of the Gorge Dance Co. Elana has been seen regionally at Saint Michael’s Playhouse in Fiddler on the Roof (Chava), Spamalot, and Sister Act, as well as at the Mirror Theatre in Annie Get Your Gun (Winnie Tate) and Kiss Me, Kate. She would like to thank her family and friends for their support!  


DORI WAYMER is beyond grateful to be a part of New London Barn’s 2017 season! Originally from Atlanta GA, Dori is a rising senior pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre from Florida State University. Favorite credits include Avenue Q (Gary Coleman), A Chorus Line (Connie), All Shook Up (Lorraine). Many thanks to her friends and family for their ongoing love and support.
