A “WEST SIDE” WEEKEND
The 2017 Spring Musical Theater Intensive
March 25-26, 2017
At the New London Outing Club
Thanks to everyone who participated in this year’s Intensive!
It was a great success! Check in January for information about our 2018 Intensive!
A weekend of master classes introducing your young performer
to the spectacular musicals of the 2017 Season
Barn alumni performers will teach master classes in acting, singing, and dancing, focusing on material from Godspell, The Secret Garden, West Side Story, and All Shook Up. With sessions for young performers age 8-12 and 13-18, this intensive will give students a closer look at a handful of extraordinary musicals while developing their triple-threat performance skills, having a great time along the way!
Workshops in each of the three areas of study will take place throughout the day on Saturday, with students benefiting from individual feedback. Follow-up sessions will take place on Sunday morning, and an informal showcase performance will cap the weekend off on Sunday afternoon.
